The trip starts where every good meal is born – the local Atarazanas market; with the guidance of a team of chefs, you will pick your ingredients from the market’s local produce. Then you’ll head back to a modern, fully-equipped kitchen to create and sample some local delicacies: roasted almonds, the famous Aloreña olives, hand cut Iberian ham – as well as tasting some award winning local olive-oils. The team of chefs will then guide you while you create your own tapas. All this, accompanied by some excellent regional wines.
