All starts with a visit to the local and buzzing food market to find the best seasonal and local products and ingredients. In the cosy and modern kitchen, a welcoming place to feel just like at home, you’ll enjoy tapas from the first moment on with an Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tasting of different local and award-winning olive oils, roasted almonds, the famous Aloreña olives and of course hand-cut Iberian ham. The team will then guide you through the making of local traditional tapas. Everything accompanied by excellent tasteful wines from the region.
